Dad drove me to Milford, CT today (about 1.5 hrs away) to get an MRI. Securing an earlier MRI allows the physicists and dosimeters to start all their calculations to figure out the photon beam trajectory so I can start radiation quickly. I've looked at the images and saw that there are about 463 images, which makes for thicker slices. I'm a wee bit concerned since previous MRIs have given me over 3,000 images!

I've alerted neuro-oncologist and radiation-oncologist of my worries. Hopefully, one if not both will get back to me quickly and tell me if this is enough data for the mathematicians or if I need another MRI. In the meantime, I am trying to breathe in the mandate of the new ink, "Don't Panic."
